🔁 Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused
In its original packaging
In the same condition that you received it
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@quiescentglow.com with your order number and reason for return.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
In case of damaged or defective items, we offer a full refund or replacement, including shipping.

Used candles or items that are partially burned
Custom or personalized orders
Items returned without original packaging
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs (unless the product was damaged or incorrect).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
