1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. For international delivery inquiries, please contact our support team at support@quiescentglow.com.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

3. Delivery Time

– Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
– Other Locations: 5–7 business days

4. Shipping Charges

– Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499
– Orders below ₹499: ₹49 shipping charge
– Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹60 fee

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

6. Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays due to weather, holidays, or courier service issues may occur. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

7. Packaging

All products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photo evidence.
